Since 2016 the Lake County Housing Coalition has been working on supporting housing efforts in our community. The Housing Coalition is volunteer-led and advocates community housing opportunities for Lake County. The Housing Coalition’s work is funding by the Community Organizing for Prevention grant through June 2024.

The Leadville Housing Authority, also known as Elevated Housing Solutions, is in the process of becoming a Regional Housing Authority. This website will eventually become their website, where you will be able to apply for affordable housing.

Right now it’s important for us to inform folks about upcoming housing opportunities. Many people may need to start working on building or repairing credit to prepare for the Community Housing that will be built in the future.
